Saham Sarma is a long-established commercial refrigeration manufacturer with strong product credibility but an outdated visual identity. The new management aimed to launch a modern custom-built branch positioned at a higher market tier, focused on tailored refrigeration systems for butcher shops, pastry shops, and retail environments.

The project involved developing a new sub-brand as a structured visual system rather than a surface redesign. The identity was built on geometric logic inspired by industrial form, cold surfaces, and snowflake structures. A blue and red color system was defined to express thermal contrast and product function. The brand was designed to scale across physical products, exhibition spaces, and digital touchpoints.

The system extended beyond identity into product visualization and spatial experience. Accurate 3D models were developed based on real measurements to support catalogs and online sales. For the official exhibition launch, a character-based projection scenario was created to transform static product display into a narrative environment, reinforcing the brand’s custom and human-centered positioning.
