When Saman Insurance expanded into Iraq, the project required more than translating an existing identity. The new branch needed a fully operational visual system aligned with the Iranian parent brand while adapted to a different linguistic and cultural context.
Rather than redesigning the brand, the project focused on extending it into a structured, scalable system. English and Arabic logotypes were developed to harmonize with the original Persian identity. Corporate colors were preserved, and a grid-based layout system ensured consistency across all applications.
The identity extended beyond stationery into environmental and spatial deployment. Illuminated signage was developed using layered plexiglass materials, and a modular campaign display system was designed for long-term use, including both print and projection formats.
A bilingual annual performance report was created in English and Arabic, supported by a custom icon system and separate print and digital outputs.
